תכנית המנהיגות והמעורבות הקהילתית שם את הדגש על גילוי "המנהיג שבך". התכנית בה משלבים כלל תלמידי השכבה, מתנהלת בדרך של העצמה אישית וחוויתית.  במסגרת התכנית מתקיים אימון אישי וקבוצתי ועוסקים בשאלות של ביטחון עצמי, תעוזה, הצבת מטרות ופיתוח היכולות להגשמתן.

התמודדות עם מושגים של הצלחה לצד סירוב  או כישלון. התכנית כוללת בין היתר הכרות עם דמויות המהוות מקור השראה, אימון בתחום של עמידה מול קהל, דרכי תקשורת בתנועה, סדנת דיבייט ואלתור והתנדבות בקהילה.
